Master Plan Builders designed a beautiful house that we get to call our home! Fom start to finish (design to complete installment), we were delighted with the Master Plan team that made our dream kitchen come true. The companies they referred us to for countertops, flooring, paint, appliances, etc. were all exceptional.
All of the designers and workmen who were in our home for the 6 weeks it took to complete our kitchen were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and frankly, fun to be around. The painters were especially enjoyable and though we spoke with them often, they never stopped doing their work as we conversed.
While all the workmen did a fantastic job (and ALL of them cleaned up after themselves beautifully every single day they were in our home). Their patience with our questions, their answers when they explained what they were doing, and the results of every bit of their work from teardown to completion, were nothing less than fabulous.
Our kitchen did not turn out the way we originally planned it in our minds...and it is WAY better than we could ever have imagined! We highly recommend the Master Plan team and appreciate what they have done to make our kitchen an inviting place to be.

My husband and I have built two different homes in the past and neither were as custom as working with Master Plan. We were able to work with them to design exactly what we wanted and they were able to offer similiar materials for the look we wanted to stay within our budget. We loved how most their employees were family and our process went very smooth. We are so happy we chose them and are wonderfully happy with our new home in Columbiana, Ohio. Living in Old Saybrook feels like being on vacation all the time, with the ponds, landscaping and friendly people.
